The Pebbles Project seeks to employ a Driver and Admin Assistant based in Clanwilliam. This position is from 9 am – 3 pm, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
The candidate must also be available to work overtime when required

Purpose of Position
The Driver and Part-time Admin Assistant will form part of the clinical team.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Overall responsibility for the maintenance of the clinic bus
• To ensure that the clinic bus is filled with fuel and oil and water
• To perform daily checks on tyres, wipers and indicators
• To perform weekly checks on oil and water
• Keep Bus clean, neat and tidy
• Ensure that the Bus is serviced as determined by Service Plan
• Manage the process if repairs of the clinic bus is needed (which includes but not limited to, sampling different quotes, booking a vehicle in and following up etc.).

Administration
• Assist with COVID Screening for patients.
• Assist with the maintenance and technical support of all electronic equipment as required
• Assist with the planning of Health Education and Wellness Sessions
• Assist with the liaison of farms and other departments as required
• Assist with any admin, including filing, typing, booking in patients, etc.
• Provide input for the Pebbles Project newsletter when required
• Provide input on all other reports as requested by Senior Management
• Taking of photos with Wellness Sessions and Health Education
• Attend meetings
• Assist in the management of patient bookings and log of information into the Electronic Information System (Mobiqube)

Team Support
• Complete all tasks according to the agreed targets regarding time, quantity and quality.
• Ensure that all responsibilities and instructions are clearly understood and clear up any misunderstandings before the task commences.
• Always being willing to follow reasonable instruction as a contribution to the productivity of the Pebbles Project.
• Performing additional duties, as requested by the Professional Nurse or other management.
